Connector for process documentation tools

We would like to have our Bot ingest Knowledge from our process documentation tool so that users can have their questions about IT and other processes answered.

We use stages as process documentation tool but I’m sure there are other similarly working ones and a lot of benefits would come from being able to use them as data sources

We do have on our roadmap an extensible approach to integrating custom content systems with Moveworks’ Copilot Search (RAG). This is called Content Gateway. Here is a post about this new feature.

Depending on how the data is stored in this custom tool, Files Gateway is an extensible approach to integrating custom files systems with Moveworks’ Copilot Search. This approach is already supported today. Here is the APi specifications.

We will be supporting also HTML KB articles ingestion from custom sources soon.

Stages is not a file storage system so I do not think the files gateway will work as even if stages stores their content in files, not sure how exactly they store it - they state models, it certainly is not in the formats mentioned in the API description.

Let me ask them if they offer some form of data export, but I really would like to see ingestion being possible on more than just on files :)
