Conference room lookups to show an image every time a conference room is referenced

When a conference room lookup occurs in two scenarios, the image is dropped.

Scenario 1: The user has asked the meeting room location before.

Scenario 2: There are two meeting rooms with similar names (e.g. both contain ‘Station’). When the bot asks a confirmation which room it relates to. 

Request is to force the image to be presented every time without fail.

An idea/proposal here is to add a column to the MeetingRooms sheet for ‘ShowEveryTime’ and if the value is Yes, it shows it always. If no (default) it does not.
