Combining Multiple API Calls for ITSM State Changes

In our ITSM, multiple actions occur when the state of a ticket changes. For example, when a ticket moves from 'Pending' to 'In Progress,' we update the comment and then change the state. Currently, these actions are performed as a two-step process through Moveworks. We propose combining these actions into a single call to the ITSM system. This approach not only streamlines the process but also follows best practices by reducing the number of calls needed to perform the same set of actions, ultimately improving efficiency and system performance
