Collect approval comment

Using Agent Studio, is there a way to collect a optional comment when a approver is approving or denying something? This can be passed to the initiator or stored in the source system.

Thank you! Many systems we use require a comment for approval. Having an actual comment instead of “Approved by Moveworks/bot name” would be a better user experience.
