CHG Approvals Make Hardcoded fields Configurable

Customer already has relevant date fields on the card and they feel this adds unnecessary information that could confuse users. Also take issue with the fact it is placed near the top of the card and cannot be moved down closer to the bottom where they want their date fields to be

Pain point also includes the hardcoded Requested By field and subsequent information (users full name, role, etc)

If this could be customizable within external_approvals_acceleration_vars like the other fields we interact with this issue would be easily resolved on our side.

Customer was asking us to remove the Requested On field entirely from their ticket view. They say it is not relevant to the approval process, introduces time inconsistency with UTC timestamps, and is generally just unnecessary information On our side making this something that we can configure in external_approvals_acceleration_vars would solve this issue and make it more future-proof as we continue to roll out the functionality
