Change Worknote Opened on Behalf of Copy

When a user opens a ticket on behalf of another person, the worknote shows that the ticket was opened on behalf of the ticket opener, not the the person that the ticket was opened on behalf of.

The customer wants us to change the copy to show who the ticket was opened on behalf of. FOr example: Rob opened a ticket on behalf of JJ.

• Current experience: Ticket comment states “Ticket#### was opened on behalf of Rob”
• Desired experience: Ticket comment to state “Ticket#### was opened on behalf of JJ”
