Button Count on Campaigns

Currently it looks like if a user clicks on more than one button in a campaign, it captures each of those clicks and reports on them. For example, one campaign sent to 10 users with 2 buttons. If each user clicks on both buttons you now show 10 responses to button one and 10 responses for button 2 equailing 20 responses from 10 users and diluting the number of responses and not sure which responses are the most appropriate one.

Users should have the option to only click the button once or ability to “edit/change” their response if they click on something accidentally or need to change their response.
