Bot Response Width Truncated

In the year 2024, average end users have monitor sizes 24”, 27”, even 43”. Why would Moveworks truncate their bot responses in Slack at 8” or 85-ish characters instead of utilizing the entire Slack canvas. It creates lengthy and awkwardly formatted interactions. Please implement word-wrap respective to screen size.
