Bot Approvals - alerts for delays

We have noticed several times that there is a 30+ minute gap between the approval being generated in ServiceNow and the Approval request being delivered to the approver by out BOT. The approval team at Moveworks has stated that delays can be expected at times. (Ticket 26170)

I am unable to see when this happens unless it is my own approval, could we get some kind of alerting so we can see when there are significant delays delivering approvals to approvers?
