To better engage with users and try to help them to get right to the answers they need, I think the prompting capabilities need to be improved. Most often our copilot answers conclude with - if you have further questions click on Help or reach out to your IT support.
Instead, it should provide some prompting options based on the knowledge it has access to and this should be clickable buttons. Similar to experience we now see with Bing Chat or M365 Copilot or other GenAI tools out there.
Here is an example of some follow up prompts from Microsoft Copilot.
Not all of our users are well versed in prompting and this could really improve their experience and reduce support tickets.
