Approval failure Analytics

Hi Team,

Native Approval is one of the major skill used by many people. We have analytics today about how many people approved and rejected.

We also need analytics of how many people are getting failed while trying to approve/reject (due to ServiceNow timeout, ITSM_EXTERNAL_SYSTEM_RATE_LIMITED, GRPC_DEADLINE_EXCEEDED,..).

With this, we like to understand the general success ratio of approvals and where else the problem lies. Today, some users are reaching out to us via incident issues, but we need to understand who all have these challenges and when.
