Analytics / EXI and HIPA Violations

Hey All,

In the EXI (EDIT: I meant Bot Performance Insights-BPI) we can filter by domain to HR data. In the HR data there is a button to view issues. This shows everything anybody has typed that would be deemed as a HR request.

At this time we have removed people’s access to this area because this is pretty clearly a HIPA issue, especially since we can see who said what to the bot (medical questions, issues, leave requests, etc). How do your companies get around that?

To MoveWorks - when can we allow only people with a role of say “HR” to see the HR issues, but allow everybody to see the high level data (resolution rate, etc)?

Hi @joe.langa. Since this related to BPI and not EXI, I’ll move this to the Analytics forum for review by our data science team.

Thanks

For both BPA and EXI it would be really helpful to have role-based access similar to what we do in our backend ITSM and similarly HR management tools. Even in ITSM since we have external service providers supporting us for certain services, we need to limit their view to only their own services.

Hi @joe.langa ;
Thank you for your feedback.

I am the Product Manager for Bot Performance Insights+. I appreciate you for highlighting this product gap. We will work to address this issue in Bot Performance Insights+ and soon update you on the ETA.

Meanwhile, could you please submit this request in the Product Idea forum? We will use the Product Ideas forum as the place to post updates to feature requests.

Thanks & Regards,

Is that how the team takes in work is through the forum? I can do that, prior we were told to submit enhancement requests in portal, then work with CSMs on it.

Hi @joe.langa. All product ideas and feature requests are now handled directly in the Community via our Product Ideas forum. Our Product team will then triage your idea (typically within 1 week) and reply back requesting any additional information. As progress is made, both you and your CSM will be notified.

I’ll go ahead and convert this post to a Product Idea so you won’t need to make another post.

@Brian Drivas or @kyril.remillard any thoughts and considerations on this? We would love to keep expanding the product but have to be concerned with data security

Hi @joe.langa! I’m pulling together best practices and examples from our CSMs who have navigated this HR consideration, so more to come.
