Allow ingestion of the ServiceNow Knowledge Base as an External Source

We have recently upgraded to a new version of ServiceNow.

Our ITSM team has gotten numerous tickets asking for help in creating reports within ServiceNow. ServiceNow has excellent documentation on all of its functions and features.

Please add ServiceNow as an external source of knowledge for the bot to ingest.
