Our engineering teams are in large approval groups, we just went live with our bot ‘Penny’ and early feedback suggests that while the proactive notifications are helpful, approval notifications can become spammy in nature.
I want our users to be able to “snooze” these notifications for specific time intervals
I too am interested in this feature for very similar reasons. Current limitation have led us to suggest examining the approval groups. In some cases it has led to less people “spammy” approvals, but in others the opt out feature would be nice.
The problem is you can have users who do ask not to be communicated with and your bot will do that. The problem I have is that when your users do that, comms you send are also blocked.
