In the AI Agent Marketplace, once a plugin is installed, is it used as-is, meaning it cannot be customized further after installation? Or is there flexibility to modify or tailor the plugin’s functionality to better fit our specific needs?

For example, with plugins like "Look Up Expense Reports" or "Submit Expense Item," can we adjust their behavior or features after we installed them from the AI Agent Marketplace, or are we limited to the capabilities provided at the time of installation?
