With EmployeeWorks coming down the pipe I think it would be a great idea that when you’re testing a new agent studio use case that Agent Studio provides you an estimate on the number of assist that using this module will take.

I think that’ll help people try to make things more efficient on their end, but may also help them tailor their launch for people who will use it properly if it’s a high assist use product.

Hey @Jonathan - Are you talking about the number of assist that you use to track NOW Assist usage?

Hey @Kevin Mok kind of. Was thinking more along the lines of a tool that you can use to try to tune your Agent Studio plug-ins or to help you determine how wide spread something should be.

For instance if I have something that I’m creating, if I do a test of it or looking at what it calls, could the system say “this looks to be approximately 50 assists per use” and then maybe I’m having some analysis happen where it shouldn’t or is there a way I can make it a little more efficient in usage.

Or if something is going to take 5000 assists but I know it’s as tuned as it’s going to get I know I don’t necessarily want this to be a wider user application, or I do and I know I’m going to have to look at purchasing more assists overall.

I think it will be a helpful tool.

Thanks, @Jonathan. Agent Studio doesn’t have an Assist meter today, so I think I’m missing the premise behind the request. What makes you expect an Agent Studio use case to consume 50 or 5,000 Assists? Are those numbers based on EmployeeWorks licensing guidance, or are they just illustrative? A source or specific example would help me understand what you’d want Agent Studio to estimate.
