Adding MW Skills in Creator Studio

Hello,

A future product idea I hope to see in Creator Studio is adding MW skills into paths.  It would be nice to create a specific path that ends will a certain skill like resetting the password or MFA.  We are currently using Copilot and it helps with some scenarios, but other times it presents the wrong skill which then leads to our users having more issues.  We don’t have all of our apps behind our SaaS app, so when a user says they can’t login, the reset password skill is provided.  However, this resets their main password and not the app they are having issues with.  Which leads to more problems.  It would be nice to have it similar to hand-off, but hands off to the skill.  I know we could instruct the user to type it back to the bot, but would be better to skip that 1 extra step.

    Thanks for sharing this ​@kacala! Your idea makes sense in terms of building on top of the native capabilities of the platform.

    We’ll look into exposing our built-in capabilities through the Agentic Automation Engine!
