Add snapshots to tickets from the bot

Hello Moveworks,

Today when you submit a support ticket (SNOW) via the bot you can attach an image to the ticket from the bot. A user suggested it would be a nice improvement to accept the screen shot rather than having to save off a screen shot and then adding an attachment, as it would save quite a few clicks.

Thank you so much for your feature request, @mthame! I’ll let others comment on feasibility, but would like to add my name to the list of interested parties here. Am I right to say this is a request for drag-and-drop capability for file upload?

We have developed an enriched attachment support capability in which Moveworks will accept images from drag-n-drop, copy & paste, and the typical file upload directory approach. Please contact your CSM to engage with the Product team. This is a limited preview feature.

Thank you. Drag and drop would be great. But copy and paste even better. That way you can us ethe screenshot tool you have, copy the image and then paste it into the Moveworks ticket.
