add follow up questions during software requests

We have a few softwares that we require the user to provide a business use case and reading and acknowledging our acceptable use policy. I’ve tried to add these in line by line but I get an error was referred here. I would like it if we could customize the conversation to go like this:

“user: i would like access to x

bot: can you please your business use case?

user: this is my business use case……

bot: can you please describe why you cannot use a or b softwares?

user: yes, because…….

bot: can you please read and acknowledge this document

user: read and acknowledged. “

currently I have to write, “Please provide your business use case, why you can’t use a or b and confirm that you have ready the acceptable use policy (link)” This is a lot for a user to read in one go and they don’t remember to answer everything properly. It then requires me to go back and forth with the user to confirm they have done that is requested. I am proposing to add a feature where we can improve the follow up questions.

You can use CQL to make granular filters. This doc covers how to do this: https://help.moveworks.com/docs/answers-integration-confluence#knowledge-ingestion-filtering-methods

For more info on CQL, Atlassian’s has robust documentation on the language.
