How are we improving the Assistant’s behavior?

Moveworks is introducing a lightweight model path for low-touch interactions such as “Hi”, “What’s your name?” or “Thanks”. These queries can be answered directly without calling tools, improving time to first response while preserving the full reasoning and tool-use path for more complex requests.
