Wanted to check on if there is a way where we can render adaptive cards in paths and event messages.
Or is there a way to support dropdowns to accommodate multiple choice items if the selection list is greater than 10 numbers, as the buttons aren't very helpful.

Currently we don’t support adaptive cards in Creator Studio & multiple choice options with >= 4 options get auto-condensed into a dropdown in Copilot.
Are you using Classic or Copilot? What adaptive card elements do you plan to use?
