ability to see all interactions gaps in knowledge base insights.

Is this being looked into?

This is part of our roadmap, and we are currently working on the feature to make the widgets clickable, and it’s take you to a pre-filtered view of the interactions table to show all interactions. 

Right now the Knowledge Gaps Insights feature is worthless. I can’t get any details to understand what issues my readers are facing. Until I know more than the exceptionally vague “Message circles back to Set up your device to get access,” this function does not work for me. Also, using BPI, I can’t get current data.
