Ability to control the entire comms message content & formatting

Currently, the comms always includes the user’s first name. Regardless of how the rest of the message is formatted, this part is always formatted only one way.

Would also like to decide what is sent in the message. We are locked into “Hi, <first name>” if we want it or not.

Give us the ability to control the entire message and tags so we can decide where <first name> or <last name> or a variety of other information goes.
