This would be a nice to have - Moveworks bot being able to read attachments on ServiceNow KB articles, especially PDF files. Currently we work around by copying out contents from PDFs and adding it into the KB article.

This would be very helpful for us as well - especially because we have file search enabled but can’t take full advantage of it. Thank you!

@spencerneveux - This is now possible using NGCP Copilot and connectors with ServiceNow. It is working well for us but does need to be enabled by your CSE.

Hi @austin.krogh ,

Thanks for the update. Can you please elaborate on how the experience has been so far?

We have been testing this and the 2 main issues are around how the citations appear-
1) the parent Article is not cited but rather the attachment itself and the user would have no way of knowing which is the Article that has this attachment

2) Secondly, within the citations, how do the snippet names occur? What we have been seeing is only the attachment name appears as a snippet name irrespective of the number of snippets created from the file (unlike the Article snippet names).

@madhubanti.routh - Our experience is the same as yours. Agree it would be nice if the parent article was also referenced and if the experience was the same across article snippets and files.
