AI Assistant on Web - We'd love your feedback

Now that Assistant on Web has been live for all customers, we’re eager to understand how your rollout is going and what support you need as you introduce this new surface to all your employees.

Since access to Assistant on Web is controlled through your organization’s My Moveworks SSO setup, we don’t have full visibility into how broadly it has been enabled across your organization. To help us improve the product and better support your rollout, we’re asking for 2–4 minutes of your time to answer a few questions via our survey.

      Would there be an option to expand on the notifications?  Meaning can we integrate just notifications from other systems?  And can they only be sent to the AI assistant not not teams?

        Is there a possibility to rebrand it according to our internal brand guidelines instead of using Moveworks branding?

We’ll be reviewing the submissions for the survey and work on our updated product roadmap later this month. Now that we are part of Service Now, our roadmap will evolve as we work on our joint vision so stay tunned for more updates.

          Hi, any updates on this? The lack of customization with branding is preventing us from making this available to wider target groups.

          Just filled out the survey We’ve started rolling it out to a small group first to test how it fits into daily workflows. So far it’s promising, but wider adoption will depend on a bit more customization and team training.
