Ability to prevent users from blocking messages from Employee Communications

Hey Team,

We want to know if there’s a way to disable the ability for users to block messages that come from the Employee Communications module? Those are critical messages and while we can understand people may want to block the general ticketing messages but we need to make sure those are sent to people.

Anyone else experience this, or find a way to get through, or should we raise this as a feature request?

@Jonathan I’ve wondered that myself, I see one image here: https://help.moveworks.com/docs/employee-communications#new-setting-up-campaigns-for-the-new-hires, but it doesn’t mention how to do it, and I don’t see this in my tenant. Maybe it’s an option we have to have Moveworks turn on for us.

I just checked my comms module and don’t see this option either. Would be incredibly helpful.​

@hundleymf  and ​@lana.parmit just to let you know I got a message from my ticket that said that the feature is not supported and going to be removed from the help documentation.

Also that feature didn’t bypass the Teams notifications or any app level blocking.
