Testing of all compound actions is currently broken

I am getting an error when trying to test any compound action in agent studio using the test functionality. It does not process anything, just returns:

Message: Failed to process custom action

Error Code: 4

I have confirmed this in both production and sandbox for multiple compound actions that are live.
