Moveworks Agent Studio - Best way to collect multiple selections from a predefined list?

Hi everyone,

I'm working with a Conversational Process in Moveworks Agent Studio and have a slot that needs to capture multiple values from a predefined set of options.

Current experience:

Bot:

Which options would you like to select?

1. Option A

2. Option B

3. Option C

Please reply with one or more numbers.

While this works, I'm trying to understand whether there is a more user-friendly approach available in Agent Studio.

There should be buttons which user will just select and the job is done or a check box currently user doesn’t want to write the things , so there might be a option to get this thing as a clickable buttons or some sort of UI experience not like bot will give all in text and again I have to write the things

Please select the options you would like:

☑ Option A

☑ Option B

☑ Option C

☑ Option D

What I've Already Tried

  • Created a slot
  • Used a Static Resolver
  • Enabled list-based values
  • Defined predefined options

The resolver successfully restricts valid values, but the interaction still relies on the user responding with text/numbers.

Questions

  1. Does Moveworks support a native multi-select experience within Conversational Processes?
  2. Are Static Resolvers intended only for value resolution/validation?
  3. Should this use a Dynamic Resolver instead?
  4. Is there a recommended pattern for allowing users to select multiple items from a predefined list?
  5. Are there any examples or documentation showing this type of user experience?

Any guidance, screenshots, or best-practice recommendations would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
