Losing saved changes, seeing agent studio items revert to prior saves

Our team is experiencing loss of work - saves sometime revert 10 minutes later or hours later.  It has been happening for a couple weeks and might have started around the version control addition.  Anyone else experiencing this

Hi, this is the first time i am hearing about this! Have you by any chance opened a support ticket to have the support team take a look at this issue? It would help us dig in through the logs
