Where did critical analytics information go?

Previously I was able to open Analytics, click User Insights and then export a CSV list of all bot interactions. I could evaluate hundreds or thousands of interactions. This option is gone. Where did it go?

Previously, I could go into Analytics, go to Plug-in Insights and scroll to Knowledge Gaps. This option is gone. Where did it go?

It’s frustrating to not find critical information nor not be warned that these changes are coming.

Even sorting community responses is exceptionally poor. Other data sources give you the option to sort by date. This a basic feature yet it is missing from the Moveworks Community.

    Hey @davrey04

You can take an export of all user interactions from “Interactions table” in the left nav bar.

If you don’t see this option. Its mostly because you don’t have “Interactions viewer” role. Please reach-out to MW Super admin to give you this role.

Regarding Knowledge gaps, you can still see them, it is renamed Content gaps.

You can click here on the total interactions column and drill down in raw interactions behind them. Please note that this capability is only available to users with “Interactions viewer” role.

Hey @davrey04! Thanks for reaching out. I’ve shared this with our PM for analytics and hope to have some insights for you soon.

As for the community search and searching by date, I completely agree and have shared that feedback with the platform our community runs on. It is totally a basic feature that should be implemented.

Thank-you, Jen, for your quick response. I look forward to hearing from you.

Restoring these functions will help me as a knowledge author find and fill knowledge gaps. Adding the date filter to the community search lets everyone see the most recent comments first.

    Sincerely,
