We’ve noticed that the Data API and the Analytics module on the Client Moveworks instance have not been refreshed. The Power BI team’s most recent Moveworks data via DATA API is from October 2nd. They would like to know the expected timeframe for when data from October 8th will be available. Specifically, how many days from today should we anticipate seeing the data for October 8th reflected in these systems?

Data API data is updated daily and follows the SLA described here (I copied the paragraph below). If you notice that the data does not meet the SLA, please file a Support ticket with Moveworks to investigate. Thank you!

The Data API follows a 24-hour SLA, consistent with the Moveworks Analytics platform. The table below outlines the expected SLA for our analytics pipelines. Please note that this SLA is subject to change based on the timing of the latest analytics pipeline run.
