Updates and changes in Feedback table

Hello community,

We are making two minor updates in the Feedback table.

  1. KB name and KB ID columns will be replaced with Content name and Content ID. This is being done to make it consistent with the interactions table.
  2. Feedback table will now be accessible via the left navigation menu in addition to the AI Assistant overview dashboard route.

This change will be effective 15th July’ 2026

    Hello,

    I'm very excited to see that the Feedback table now has its own tab within the Analytics page. However, it appears that the date range filter for the Feedback table is currently not functioning correctly. At the moment, selecting a date range does not filter the feedback results, making it impossible to view feedback for specific time periods.

    Just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thanks!
