Upcoming Migration of Service Account configuration in Moveworks Setup

We wanted to give you a heads-up about a brief maintenance window coming up tomorrow for Service Account Configuration.
🗓️ Maintenance Window
We will be placing a temporary edit lock on Service Account Configuration during the following times:

CET (Europe) | Wed, Mar 25 — 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM
AEST (Australia) | Wed, Mar 25 — 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM
🛠️ What's affected
During this window, users will be unable to edit or create new Service Account configurations. Already-configured service accounts will not be affected and will continue to function normally — there is zero runtime impact on your AI assistant.
💡 Why is this happening?
We are migrating Service Account configuration to a new form-based UI. This change will make it significantly easier to configure contractor accounts and future service accounts through a streamlined, guided input experience. The edit lock ensures a clean cutover with no data inconsistencies during the transition.
✅ What to expect
- Edit and save capabilities for Service Account Configuration will be temporarily disabled during the window
- All existing service account configurations remain fully active and unaffected
- We will post an update in this thread once the lock is lifted
