Unable to download user feedback

Question

I cannot download the User Feedback column from Moveworks Analytics > AI Insights > Interactions Table > Raw Interactions. The column displays on screen but does not download as a CSV even when all three options are selected.

More detailsThe top image shows what I see when going to the Interactions Table > Raw Interactions. This selectable, which has three options, is at the far right.The bottom image is what I see when downloading a CSV file of the same information: the User Feedback column is missing.I find it much easier to know which topics to address immediately when there is feedback. Having to manually sort and example about 10,000 entries is very inefficient and ineffective.Thanks for any suggestions anyone has.
