I’m wondering if any other customers are awaiting their November 2025 Knowledge Studio recommendations. Our recommendations are typically received by the 3rd of each month and as of 11/14/2025 they have not been received. I’ve been unable to confirm if this is specific to our account or KS as a whole through support. Please Help!

Knowledge Studio November 2025 Recommendations
Hi
We typically deliver Knowledge Studio recommendations during the first week of each month. However, in November 2025, we encountered an unexpected issue that caused a delay in generating and delivering the recommendations.
The issue has since been resolved, and most customers received their November recommendations during the second or third week of the month. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding.
If you’re still not seeing your November recommendations, please file a support ticket so we can resolve the issue.
