🚀 Introducing Upload Avatar Feature for Embedded AI Assistant in Moveworks Setup

Hello Moveworks Admins,

We're excited to announce that Upload Avatar feature will be available for Embedded AI Assistant in the Moveworks Setup on 25rd February 2026.

🎨 What's New?

Admins can now upload a custom AI Assistant avatar for embedded AI assistant (prev. MoveworksForWeb) directly in Moveworks Setup. This custom avatar will appear only for embedded AI assistant and will not affect other user-facing experiences such as chat applications, web app and popup forms.

📋 Image Requirements:

1. Format: PNG only
2. File size: Maximum 2 MB
3. Dimensions: Up to 1000 × 1000 pixels

If no image is uploaded, the default Moveworks AI Assistant avatar will be used.

🌟 How to upload AI Assistant Avatar?

1. Navigate to Chat Platforms → Web Chatbot → Design Settings in the left navigation

   

2. Go to Avatar and button settings section → Embedded AI Assistant Avatar config

3. 

   Click Upload Image to upload your Embedded AI Assistant avatar

   

    

4. Preview the uploaded image

   

5. Click Submit to save your new AI Assistant avatar

   

    

Important Note: Simply clicking 'X' and re-uploading won't update your avatar. You must click Submit to apply changes.
