Strengthen your data governance with custom views

Today, we’re introducing a new way to manage who can see what inside your analytics app. This release combines enhanced RBAC controls with flexible, customisable views—giving super admins more control over sensitive data and enabling teams to share only the insights that matter to the right stakeholders.

🔐 Govern Sensitive Interactions With the Interactions Viewer Role

User–bot conversations can include sensitive information. Previously, anyone with Bot Analytics Admin or Bot Analytics User roles could see all interactions with full PII.

With this release, super admins now have a dedicated way to govern that access through a new role: Interactions Viewer.

Only users given this role by a super admin can view the full interactions table—including user prompts, bot responses, email, ID, and citation details, etc. This ensures that organisations can manage interaction visibility with intention and maintain tighter control over sensitive data.

🎯 Share Tailored Insights With Custom Views

In many cases, teams don’t need full access to every dashboard—only the data relevant to their work. With Custom Views, admins can now filter any dashboard or the interactions table by department, domain, or other criteria, drop unnecessary or sensitive fields, and save that refined version as a shareable view.

For example, if an IT lead only needs IT-specific insights, an admin can filter the dashboard by domain = IT, remove user identifiers, save the view, and share it directly with that person. The recipient will only see the customised, filtered version—nothing more.

✔ What This Means for You

  • Super admins can clearly control who has full access to all interactions.
  • Teams can receive only the insights relevant to their domain without exposing unnecessary or sensitive information.
  • Organizations can practice more precise and flexible data governance while keeping analytics useful and shareable.

This update brings stronger control and greater flexibility to your analytics experience—ensuring every user sees exactly what they need, and only what they should.
