SharePoint Ingestion - increase file limit above 25mb

The SharePoint ingestion silently skips files above 25mb without logging the details.  Customer are left having to troubleshoot missing content reactively, or require arbitrarily small file size limitations within SharePoint to ensure ingestions, neither of which are easy workarounds.

Improve the ingestion for searchability to index larger files or generate an action report during ingestion that reports on files skipped due to size for administrator action.
