Confluence Enterprise Search Connector - Issue Indexing Content when adding new space? Anyone else?

Hey all -

Figured I’d ask the community as I await for support and/or my CSM to get back to me.

Has anyone run into an issue with adding an additional space with the Confluence Max Capacity Connector?

We’re adding an additional space to a connector which has 9 additional spaces already being added and for some reason it will not pull the content.

We’ve confirmed API playground can issue a get content across the space and pull specific pages
We’ve confirmed that the moveworks service account has access to the space as viewer, and even granted additional rights for all permissions to the space
We’ve reissued a full index
Incremental index has run numerous times

Whats strange is the non-enterprise search plugin/next-gen/max capacity plugin is actually pulling in the content fine.

Hey ​@jgilmour,It sounds like the permissions are set properly if you can get the space info back via API Playground so thank you for confirming that.Can you confirm that the space is not listed in multiple ingestions? Were you able to ever see any wikis being crawled within the Data Crawling module?Best,Ryan
