Thank-you for all the feedbacks on Interactions table. We heard that there were challenges in export, ambiguous plugin statuses and basic features like filtering and searching the table, in addition to insufficient topic and domain prediction.
We heard all the pain points, and went back to the drawing board and I am happy to announce that the new Interactions table is now available for everyone to interact with.
Salient features :
- New export limit : Now, you can download upto 200K rows of data, along with multi-downloads at a time.
- New plugin statuses : There are three categories where plugins are distributed, Unsuccessful, Served and Used, depending upon the lifecycle of a plugin.
- Enhanced conversation domain : A single domain per conversation powered by new domain detection model that comes with better prediction and configurability.
- Enhanced conversation topics : We now predict topic by considering the entire conversation.
- Enhanced filtering : Comma separated entities were difficult to be filtered and often created a requirement to take export and segregate the data, NOW users can filter interactions based on a single entity, take targeted export and analyse the data.
