Hello Analytics community!

Thank-you for all the feedbacks on Interactions table. We heard that there were challenges in export, ambiguous plugin statuses and basic features like filtering and searching the table, in addition to insufficient topic and domain prediction.

We heard all the pain points, and went back to the drawing board and I am happy to announce that the new Interactions table is now available for everyone to interact with.

Salient features :

  1. New export limit : Now, you can download upto 200K rows of data, along with multi-downloads at a time.
  2. New plugin statuses : There are three categories where plugins are distributed, Unsuccessful, Served and Used, depending upon the lifecycle of a plugin.
  3. Enhanced conversation domain : A single domain per conversation powered by new domain detection model that comes with better prediction and configurability.
  4. Enhanced conversation topics : We now predict topic by considering the entire conversation.
  5. Enhanced filtering : Comma separated entities were difficult to be filtered and often created a requirement to take export and segregate the data, NOW users can filter interactions based on a single entity, take targeted export and analyse the data.

You can access the new table in the Left nav bar under “Raw interactions”

Today I checked the metrics and looked at the "User Interactions" table for HR, using July 1st to July 29th as the date range. It showed 1,583 interactions. Then I checked the "Raw Interactions" table for the same dates and got 1,646 interactions. There’s a difference of 63 interactions between the two tables. Do you know why that is?

User Interactions:

Raw Interactions:

@yash The Raw Interactions table notably has added more data columns but does not include several of the columns that are available from the Interactions table on the Overview page of the AI Assistant Insights (most notably UserID and Email address).  Is there anyway to get these ‘dropped columns’ from the Raw Interactions so that the data can be joined with previous data?  Thanks, D

Hey @Dirk
We are planning to bring back user ID and email on the new Interactions table after we rollout custom views and enhanced RBAC for data products, which is expected around december 2nd week.
You can read more about it in this post :

For now, you can use Data API , or leverage the old interactions table to get the User Email and ID.
