Where to configure data retention period and what's the standard?

When a user asks Moveworks Copilot a question, that prompt gets stored as raw interactions in the analytics in Moveworks admin portal. How long is the raw interaction data available for? If we want to shorten the period, where do we configure this? Thank you.

The data retention for the AI Assistant Insights dashboard generally has a default policy of two years, though conversation history is often kept since launch.The default data retention policy for AI Assistant analytics is generally defined as 2 years. There is no configuration of this policy.All conversations data is available starting from the AI Assistant launch date in your organization.For reports like User Insights, while the report displays data from the time the AI Assistant was introduced, the time period selection filter allows a maximum span of 2 years. Data API The retention policy for the Data API aligns with the general analytics policy.The Data API follows the same data retention policy as the AI Assistant analytics dashboards, which defaults to 2 years.
