When will the Employee Communication Campaign properly handle multiple languages?

We are currently unable to send a communication in the language by default, or even just to offer the recepient of a campaign the option to read the campaign in French or English. This is causing multiple issues, wether we wish to send surveys, or longer comms, as we always have to send a single comm bilingual (French on top, English. at bottom. Hopefully this will be addressed soon as your company grows larger (especially sinc being acquired by SNow),

Hi Christine — thanks for raising this. Good news: this is already supported today.

How it works: You author your Communication Campaign in English and Moveworks automatically translates it into each recipient's preferred language at delivery—including the message body, buttons and greeting. This means a single English-authored campaign can reach your French-speaking users in French and your English-speaking users in English, with no manual bilingual formatting. It works across all chat surfaces, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Web Assistant and Embedded Assistant.

How each recipient's language is set: Users can set their preferred language directly with the assistant (for example, "Switch me to French"). From that point on, all assistant responses—including Communication Campaigns are automatically delivered in that language.

Why you're not seeing it today: I checked your production organization's configuration and the translation feature is currently disabled. That's why campaigns are currently being sent without translation. Please reach out to our support team to have this enabled for your organization. They can also help you test it end-to-end to ensure everything works as expected.
