Using AI Insights to Find Knowledge Gaps

Question

Is there a way to use AI Insights in the Platform Analytics section to help identify knowledge gaps? I’ve had access to Knowledge Studio for less than a week and I’m not seeing a Knowledge Gaps yet. I am about to try some suggestions made in reference to an earlier question on a similar topic. Anything new would also help.

Hey Davrey,You can get a whole bunch of information on knowledge gaps in the analytics section. It’s under Plugins and Search.Knowledge Studio will provide you information based on your tickets at the end of the month. You’ll get a bunch of articles there. It also has a writer to help create them.
