Question

Differentiate between Knowledge in Analytics

In the analytics that Moveworks provides, all knowledge that is used by the AI assistant is pooled into one category - Enterprise Search / Knowledge Base. I am unable to differentiate between which knowledge source information is being pulled from unless I go into each individual interaction. This makes it difficult to see performance of each source and also difficult to identify gaps or redundancy. The raw interaction table will show that Enterprise Search plugin was both successful and unsuccessful which can make things confusing. Is anyone else running into this issue? Are there any tips and tricks I could be missing?

Thanks for sharing this @vidomgb

Couple of follow-ups on this  :

Differentiate between which knowledge source information is being pulled from unless I go into each individual interaction.

Could you please clarify your use case ?
If you want to see all content items that were surfaced by the assistant, you can do that via this widget :

Performance of each source and also difficult to identify gaps or redundancy

Do you want to see a breakdown of content surfaced per system ?
This is something that we support via Interactions table today, however we do have this on our roadmap.

Enterprise search should either be unsuccessful or served/used columns, can be in both columns for an interaction.
Could you please submit a support ticket for this and we can have a look at this at priority,
