Proactive password reset help - detect multiple login attempts or expired passwords, notify employee with self service reset link before they submit a ticket.

+3Fixing WiFi issues e.g. when team have poor WiFi signal connectivity, or they’re connected to the wrong WiFi SSID.
Another simple one that has been on the back burner is a notification when guests and contractors arrive at our office/in-store.
Keen to see if we can have scheduled prompts like Copilot as well, e.g. every monday at 8:00 AM AWST, give me a list of open tickets in my queue that can be followed up.
+3We have a hot desk booking app at most of our offices and some people are notoriously bad at booking their desks. (I’m one, and I wrote the app 🤣)
An Ambient Agent could check when a user has connected from an office and check if they have booked a desk there. It could even automatically book the desk for them or alert them if they have sat at a desk that someone else has booked.
