I am trying to build assign ServiceNow delegate use case, which is available in moveworks gallery, in this case i am trying to use user consent flow for all the connection that is authorization code user flow.

First time attempt, I was expecting bot to serve a link to connection link to allow it but instead it loggin an error and not serving link to consent. I feel the connection which are the part of slot resolvers might not serve consent flow, i do have other usecases, and its working expected. but not in this case.

any idea? you can reproduce the issue by using the plugin.

hey @Guruprasad.Marathe, could you share the error that’s thrown from the Logs?

Hey @Guruprasad.Marathe - That is a bug that we are aware of. What is happening is that the slot resolver is swallowing the user consent prompt. A fix will be in place soon this month!

@Guruprasad.Marathe i actually don’t work for Moveworks, so i won’t have access to the ticket, was just popping into to try and help. it looks like Kevin already has a pulse on the issue though, so i’ll leave it with him :) cheers!

oh okay! i thought you are from moveworks.. you can reproduce the this issue easily, just install assign delegate servicenow from gallery and try to use authorization code flow authentication. this will break.

Hi Kevin

for time being can we use other authentication where resolvers are involved and for the submission ( main connection using auth code flow works? i have not tested it, do you think any other connection not in resolver will prompt users for consent for the first time?

User consent auth works normally if it’s not in a dynamic resolver.
