At present, there is no support for analytics related to ambient agents. Although logs of successful notifications are available in the logs section, corresponding analytics data for ambient agent use cases is not accessible. This limitation is impacting the integrations we have implemented to monitor success metrics.
Could you please let us know when will you introduce analytics support for ambient agents?

In addition to our current Data API endpoints, we will be adding a similar endpoint for proactive notifications. This endpoint will allow you to monitor/ingest all proactive Moveworks messages, including ambient agent notifications from Agent Studio.
While I do not have a timeline for this feature, I wanted to let you know that this is on our roadmap and will be brought to the product. Please work with your Customer Success Manger if you want to get more details!
