We are using Moveworks to perform an AIOPs POC (& later implementation). I have created a new conversational process (validated and published) but when I am trying to configure a plugin (conversational one) I am not able to see this newly created (even I did log-out and refreshed page and even tried after a few hours). So, I am not able to attach this newly created conversational process to a conversational body within Plugin.
Question
Newly Created Conversational process is not shown in the options in the plugin while trying to map newly created process to a conversational body

I’m having the same issue. This started being a problem very recently - sometime in the last two weeks. Some within our org are having the issue, some aren’t.
Cache cleared, multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome), Windows rebooted and updated, multiple networks attempted (VPN, not on VPN) etc.

I tried to raise a case as support link is navigating to ServiceNow support than moveworks support.
I am not able to find an option to select Moveworks when I try to raise the case on ServiceNow portal.
Will you please help me with the link to raise moveworks specific support ticket ?
I am new to Moveworks and I intend to perform a POC for Agentic AI for AIOPs on moveworks and our organization has both ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, IRM…) & Moveworks. We would like to try AIOPs on moveworks so that we can decide the path.
