IT Agent Performance Plugin strange performance issues

Plugin | Review IT Agent's Performance Over Time

I’ve installed the above plugin and configured it for my environment, but when chatting with the bot, it will give me a summary, but then it will just keep triggering and sending the same message again and again and again. Sometimes the messages send blank. I’m very confused on this. I’ve tried changing the triggering phrases to things that could not conflict with something else and it still does the same thing.

Hey ​@kenwhi03 it might be that that plugin has some extra (and unnecessary) prompting at the end of the plugin description telling the plugin to execute several times based on the duration that the user is asking for. If you remove that does it help your issue?

Hello kenwhi03, I’m and FDE at Moveworks. I installed the plugin in my sandbox and it seems to be working normally for me.

Here is what I would try…

1. Check the Agent Studio logs, they’re in the top right corner in the grid menu. Since this is a Conversational Process it’s pretty broken up into different log files and you might be able to find what’s going on.

2. Go through each Http Action and do a test, make sure a connection is made, this plugin has several Http Actions.

If you see anything suspicious in the logs, remember that Agent Architect is a tool designed to help you create in Agent Studio, so that may be a good place for troubleshooting. https://marketplace.moveworks.com/chat/new
