We are experiencing a recurring error when working with Conversational Processes in Moveworks. The error prevents the process from being published, which subsequently blocks us from using these processes in plugins.

Please cross-check the data mapper in the Action activity of the Conversational Process. If there is any validation error in the data mapper, you may receive the error: “Sorry, we cannot process your request at this time.”

There is no validation error in Data mappers

​@Ambika_Goyal There is most likely an error in your input/output mapper that our validation isn’t catching. Can you share more details about your implementation. I can’t help you with what you’ve shared
